14th Floor Beach Front Condo With Ocean And Mountain Views

This luxurious beach front condo is located just 10 minutes south of the airport and 10 minutes north of Down Town Puerto Vallarta. This unit is brand new and features several high end amenities. The full kitchen includes a gas stove and oven, Microwave, full size fridge, granite counter tops, and dual sink. It is completely supplied with dishes, glasses, cutlery, blender, toaster, coffee machine, etc... The spacious living room and dining area feature ocean views, a full size leather couch, 75 inch T.V., and a table with seating for six. Just outside is a large double wide patio that features wall to wall sliding glass doors that can open the width of the unit providing an incredible open air experience. The patio has an outdoor couch and love seat for your lounging pleasure. One bedroom has two full sized memory foam beds, walk in closet, and an attached double sink vanity bathroom with shower. The other has a king size memory foam bed with an attached bathroom and shower that also has door access to the main hallway. Both of the bedroom overlook the majestic mountains to the east providing breathtaking views to wake up to. Each room also has a sliding glass door that provides access to the double wide patio. The condo is equipped with central air conditioning and in unit washer and dryer. The Grand Venetian is a secure facility with a 24/7 guarded entry gate and underground parking. There are 4 spas and 5 pools on the property 3 of which are beachfront pools with infinity edges. There is a guarded access gate to the beach where you have access to provided palapas and chairs roped off from the public. If you are hungry or looking for a cool beverage there is a pool bar and restaurant as well! For those staying for multiple weeks there is a weekly maid service included with our standard cleaning fee! Our family has fallen in love with this property and believe you will too.

Another fantastic stay

Condo as advertised. GV is a great gated community. Owner/manager are cream of the crop. Cant wait to get back to this condo in ten months. (Just got home today)

Another GREAT stay

Grand Venetian is a beautiful secured community. Lovely grounds, pools, beach, and also has an onsite restaurant with delicious food at reasonable cost The condo is as advertised. Tastefully decorated with all that you will need during your stay. But what makes this condo great is the manager/owner. They are gold. They respond to situations quickly. We can't wait to get back to this condo in 2024.

Great place to stay

First of all we would gladly book this place again. We had some minor issues that were not deal breakers. There is a beach club that plays loud music three nights a week. It’s usually Friday to Sunday and ends around 9-10 pm. It affects every tower at the Venetian. The condo changed the access to the gym to a swipe card that was not available to us and the owner gave us a credit back for that issue. The dishwasher and garberator had some issues that will be fixed but didn’t affect us to badly. The check out time was 11:00 am but the cleaner showed up at 9:30. Steve was helpful when we reached out him. Overall the place is great, the view is amazing and the beds are comfortable. This was great value for the money.

Feels like home, but hotter and relaxing!

We had a great stay in the condo. The property is easy to navigate to and from old Mexico. Met lots of new people around the pool. This was our second stay at the Grand Venetian. Love it there! Steve was easy to get a hold of, seamless check in. Will be back.

Puerta Vallarta Get away

Our family stayed before Christmas in this wonderful condo on the beach! Views were amazing! The condo living area was spacious and comfy. We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck watching cruise ships, whales and dolphins in the water! We had a few hiccups but Steve was quick to respond and everything was resolved! The pools were easy to find chairs. And the pool restaurant served great food and drinks! We had a great time and would return again!!

A little oasis of paradise

This is our 6th stay at Grand Venetian since 2021. Steve the condo owner had excellent communication and the unit was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed the view from the 14th floor, with balconies looking at the ocean and also the mountains. The property is beautifully landscaped and maintained. We also enjoy looking at the wildlife in the river beside the property and going for walks to the many stores along the main boulevard.! We will be back!

Thanksgiving PV Grand Venetian trip

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo, it was perfect for the 2 of us. Steve was great to work with and our arrival was so smooth. The views are gorgeous especially from the large terrace where you can sit with a cocktail and watch the sunset. Everything is topnotch and we love the Grand Venetian, so many pools to chose from, close to the beach, and so close to everything. We look forward to going back soon.

What a nice place!

Such a nice condo. I have stayed at many different condos in Vallarta over the years and this place ranks right at the top. It is easily the largest 2 bedroom, 2 bath place I’ve ever stayed. Everything about this place is 1st Class. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Condo

We have rented many condos over the years, and this is by far, the best one. There is really nothing more that I can add that the other reviews have stated. Honestly, what makes this condo great, are the owners. The Grand Venetian is a wonderful, gated community with immaculate grounds. The furnishing are topnotch, décor is exquisite and the kitchen is well stocked with the necessary items needed. The beds are fabulous, and that walk in closet, well, Im jealous, I dont have one myself. We had a great two months in this condo, and can not wait to return.

Beautiful Beach Front Condo

This unit is beautifully decorated and feels like a home away from home. The balcony is complete with a BBQ, small dining table and outdoor sofa. The unit has a magnificent view of the ocean and the cruise ships. The unit is well equipped and was comfortable for my son and family. The owner was very responsive and ensured that our family’s stay was enjoyable. We would highly recommend this unit.

Great month spent at this 14th floor condo. Beautifully decorated, fantastic balcony. Ask about the closet in the master bedroom. The owner was awesome with all our questions and you truly can’t find a better piece of paradise along this strip of sand.

Beautiful Condo, Amazing Owner

Let me first start by letting you know this is our 6th year at the Grand Venetian, so we are very familiar with this development. This condo is the nicest one we have stayed in. It is impeccably decorated, and the amenities in the kitchen were a dream. If you plan on making any of your own meals you will feel like your at home and not miss anything. The pictures do not do it justice! In the past six years I have never had an owner be so accommodating, so attentive, and very quick to respond during the rental process and when we were there. Would definitely recommend Steve, and will be back to rent this year. Thanks for a great vacation Steve!

Fantastic!

My family of five stayed at this gorgeous property over the Christmas holiday and it was absolutely perfect. The suite is beautifully decorated , has everything you need from pots and pans to towels and sheets and there is plenty of room for everyone to have space to themselves or to all be together in the large open plan living room. The view is exceptional, both of the ocean and the mountains. The resorts is also fantastic, very secure , beautifully maintained , five pools and the beach just steps away. We also appreciated that we could reach the owners easily with any questions or information we needed. Thankyou Steve for such a wonderful stay .
