- 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

The great thing about the location is that it is a few blocks from the Medical Center, the Convention Center, and downtown Visalia which is where all of the nice shops, restaurants, and bars are located. You will also have quick, easy access to the freeway.
Grocery store, meat market, liquor store, convenience store also within walking distance.
This is an urban property. The block the apartments are on is pleasant- small, but well-kept houses across the street from the apartments and mature trees lining the street. There is the potential for noise from music or ambulances, but otherwise, not a lot of traffic on this street.

Why Lisa Scott chose Visalia
Location, Location, Location! This location allows you to walk to the shops, restaurants, downtown night life, and likely to work. This is a great benefit as parking is challenging. Most of what you might need or want is walking distance from the apartment. There is some public transportation available but it is not comprehensive. Car or Uber will likely be desired from time to time. The property is perfect for those working or receiving care at the Medical Center, which is less than 1 mile away. The Visalia Convention Center and Rawhide Stadium are also about 1 mile away.

This is an urban property in a mixed neighborhood. The block the apartments are on is pleasant- small, but well-kept houses across the street from the apartments and mature trees lining the street. There is the potential for street noise such as music or ambulance sirens, although there is not much traffic on the street overall.
