The reception room is open plan with a fully fitted kitchen featuring integrated AEG appliances with floor to ceiling windows providing far reaching views across London. The apartment offers two double-bedrooms, two-bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite bathroom from the master bedroom as well as a private balcony accessed via the reception area and one of the bedrooms. The apartment also benefits from ample storage space.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
-Guests will receive a rental agreement and are bound by the contract which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
-Depending on how you have reserved, a refundable security deposit it`s payable before arrival.
-For stays above 28 nights a deposit starting from 2 weeks up to a month rental it's required.
