Poorly Maintained Property, Terrible Management, Great Location
The good:The property is located right in the heart of Fitzgerald, close to Oxford Circus. Close to great restaurants and London sights. The bad:Property is poorly maintained and management unresponsive.1) The kitchen smelled like a cigarette ash tray. The manager installed an air purifier but it did no good. We didn't use the kitchen it smelled so bad.2) Most of the radiator adjustments for the many radiators in the house are broken and they are on a single thermostat. So some rooms may be boiling hot while others are reasonable. Management said they would fix but only fixed one or the many valves. Had to turn off the heat to make many of the rooms usable.3) The house was dirty when we arrived. It was clear the floor hadn't been vacuumed. The carpet is disgusting and stained everywhere. The walls are filthy and covered with dirt and markings. The dirty linens from the previous occupant were still in the laundry room.4) Management took forever to respond to requests. There was no laundry detergent or dish soap. Didn't get any until 3-4 days into our stay.5) No instructions for how to use anything in the house, including thermostats and appliances. No way to figure out which thermostat is which.6) Management wants videos of everything if you have a request so you'll spend half the trip sending them photos and videos. Like dealing with customer service in a call center.Worst house/apartment rental I've ever experienced.
