Nice and Quiet, Two Bedroom /Two Bathroom house close to #1 Siesta Key Beach and Downtown Sarasota. Great Place to relax and enjoy the Gulf Coast. Perfect for families or a couples get away. We never post rental ads on Craigslist- do not pay anyone asking for money via Paypal, Venmo, check, or cash. The home has everything you need to enjoy a short or long stay. As your hosts, we live locally and will be available for any needs during your stay or local information. Local attractions include Van Wezel performing art center, St. Armand Circle, Downtown Sarasota, the new University Town Center Mall, local recreation like paddle boarding, kayaking in the mangroves, boating, wave runners, loads of fishing, Myakka River State Park and more. Come enjoy Sarasota!

Recently renovated, this home features two bedrooms, a screened-in heated private pool, a spacious covered patio that has a dining & seating area. Relax by the pool in the lounge chairs provided for your comfort.

The family room is furnished with comfortable seating, TV, & Wi-Fi. Kitchen contains all the appliances you need; with granite countertops and a breakfast bar. The dining room for 6 is great for dinner guests. There is also an outdoor dining table and chairs for 6.

The Master bedroom has a queen bed, full closet and a nice master bath with shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds. We never post rental ads on Craigslist- do not pay anyone asking for money via Paypal, Venmo, check, or cash. An air mattress and pack-n-play are available. A full size washer & dryer are available for use.

This home is centrally located and is close to the Westfield shopping mall and the Sarasota Square Mall. Just a 3 mile drive to Siesta Key Beach and 140 stores, restaurants, movie theater and food court. The new University Town Center Mall is now open and is just a 15 minute drive. Do you like to play golf? There are over 30 Championship Golf Courses in Sarasota alone!

Famous Siesta Beach is a short drive where you will enjoy the beautiful white sand. Visit Myakka State Park where you can rent bicycles, canoes, or go hiking. Its a short drive to Venice, FL. where you can visit Caspersen Beach to dig for sharks teeth. Venice Beach allows you to take you dog for walks on the beach.

Go for a bike ride or take your daily walk around this safe and clean neighborhood. Pack up your beach cooler and chairs as it is 3 miles to the famous Siesta Key Beach. Work on your golf game year round at your favorite course. Or, just relax by the heated, private pool in your own back yard.

NO DOGS ALLOWED IN THE POOL. Clean up all pet waste- our pool and cleaning companies charge extra to clean hair in filter and waste in yard.

Gulf Gate - Sarasota

Great location, close to restaurants and siesta key. The pool was awesome. I wish the one of the bedrooms had a king size bed but not a big deal.

Siesta Key Getaway

Overall it was a good place, close to beaches, restaurants, shops. Had a few disappointments with pool heater not working. Pool was extremely cold and we couldn't enjoy the pool. Had only one TV and showed two TV's in house. TV wasn't working and Internet was out for the first 3 days of our stay. House is well equipped with everything you needed for the stay.

This was our third time staying at this property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay again. We did miss having the tv in the master bedroom and the pool heater didn’t seem to work . But enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property with a great location.

Gulfgate

It's always a pleasure to stay in this home. It's clean, has an open feel and is in a nice, quiet, friendly neighborhood. Lots of walkers and joggers any time of the day. The large covered lanai and pool with a fenced yard make relaxing easy and pleasant. It's location is convenient to whatever you need to get to. Any questions/concerns and the property manager responds quickly. A very nice property that allows you to travel with your small pooch.
