From Memorial Day to Labor Day, Lazy Day Rentals will have a umbrella and 2 chairs set up for you at 10am , and taken down 6pm the evening, at no extra cost to you.

Relax and have a cup of coffee or surf the internet while looking out at the Gulf of Mexico listening to the waves from one of the tall captains chairs. Or, maybe just sit inside the newly remodeled living room and read one of the many books from the bedroom library collection or, watch one of the led TV's in the living room or bedroom. , While being a one bedroom, it provides a wide open living space, with a private bedroom and bathroom. If you like to cook, there is a fully stocked kitchen , all utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and can opener. Or maybe mix up a drink in the blender. You can lounge at the pool with the brand new cool deck under foot, on one of the many lounge chairs. If you need a little exercise, there are tennis courts on the property. If you want to go out, there is a seasonal free trolley that takes you all over the island that you can catch in front of the condo. While you are out you can, rent a boat, jet ski, parasail, go deep sea fishing, mini golf, ride on a go kart, take a walk on the boardwalk, or have a little something to eat at one of our many fine restaurants on the island and so much more. This condo is owner operated, maintained,and cleaned. Being on the 2nd floor allows for a great view while also having quick access to 2 elevators and a flight of steps down to the lobby, just a few feet away from the door for a quick exit to the beach. 4 guest max.
