The garden houses the 9.5 m x 4.5 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.1 m to 2.1 m. There you can relax on one of the sun loungers or make a tasty barbecue. The porch is a nice corner to have dinner with friends. The house is located in a rural area, ideal for a quiet holiday. This house offers accommodation on one floor and 260 m2. Two bedrooms are fitted with two twin beds each and one comes with a double bed. There is one shower bathroom and one bath with bath tub. We can supply a cot in case you need one. In the bright sitting-dining room you can watch satellite-TV, read a good book or have lunch with your loved ones. The kitchen is well-equipped, including a vitro hob. There is A/C in the bedrooms and in the living room. Furthermore, you will have access to a washer, an iron and an ironing board. This property is the right choice if you are searching for beach and/or active holidays. The nice sand beach of Puerto de Pollensa and the mountains are just a few kilometres away. In the Serra de Tramuntana you can explore many idyllic spots, hiking and cycling routes. There are lots of small gravel bays like Playa de Escorca or Sa Calobra. If you prefer sandy beaches, you can go to Puerto de Pollensa, Formentor or Cala Sant Vicente. In the old town of Pollensa you will find all necessary services for your stay. Furthermore, the centre has a nice main square with restaurants. Don't forget to visit the Calvary of Pollensa. On the top there is a small chapel and you can enjoy stunning views over the Bay of Pollensa. Mind that the water of the villa is not potable and not for cooking. You can buy water in every supermarket. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 3 cars.
