Spring 2022.We inform our guests that a new house is been build oposit our terrace. Bedrooms are not afected. Not too noise. By June 2022 following the Council tourist rules they are not able to work.

Lovely apartment

The apartment was large and clean but a little dark for my liking. It is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood very close to the beach and restaurants along the front. The main bathroom could do with an upgrade as the taps are difficult to work and if you don’t hold down the flush in the toilet until it is finished the water carries in running into the bowl.

Lovely apartment in a peaceful but central location

Lovely 2 bed air-conditioned apartment with big balcony. Only 2 of us but having 2 bathrooms (both with a shower, one with a bath) very convenient. Could always park directly outside. Comfortable bed, plenty of hot water & good water pressure. Short, easy stroll to beach & restaurants

Vacances en famille a puerto pollenca

Malheureusement pour nous la tempete a decaller notre votre pour mallorque d’une journée mais Rosa a été extrêmement compréhensive et a decaller gracieusement d’une journee notre depart de son appartement. Nous avons donc passé une tres bonne semaine dans ce secteur de l’ile. L’appartement est propre ,fonctionnel et la literie confortable.il dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires pour un sejour et tout cela a 5 min a pied de la plage et des petits commerces Merci a notre hote pour sa réactivité nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans son appartement Amandine,Marc,Gabriel et Andrea

Très bonne communication , l’appartement bien placé et facile à trouver, très fonctionnel et équipe comme il le faut. Rosa répond très vite. On a oublié l’ordinateur portable et Rosa s’est déplacée pour nous le rendre. Merci !
