Lovely and cosy flat on the second floor of a typical Florentine building without lift. 
The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood but still within walking distance of the main attractions and services, in fact the Piazza San Marco tram station is 7 minutes away and the Santa Maria Novella train station is just 20 minutes walk from the apartment.
Nearby there is Piazza Santissima Annunziata, the Sant'Ambrogio market, the Synagogue, the "Giardino dei Semplici" botanical garden and just 5 minutes walk away is the Galleria dell'Accademia museum where you can admire Michelangelo's famous David .
The flat consists of: 
two double bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom, another complete bathroom with shower and a large open space with living room, equipped kitchenette a dining table and a comfortable sofa. 
Washing machine and wifi are available for guests, as well as bed linen and a set of towels for each guest. 
The house is air-conditioned. 
Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required  . City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
