Immersed in an oasis of greenery and tranquility, 800 meters from a beautiful beach, in the private location Geremeas 2, independent and bright house for rent, consisting of a large garden, kitchen entrance, bathroom with shower, double bedroom, two hallways, one with a sofa bed, the other with ample space for objects and clothes.
Except for the bathroom, all the rooms connect to the garden by a French window.
Possibility of an external car park, and three bicycles to reach the beach.
Ideal for couples or families with small children.
The house also has an outdoor shower, a fireplace, a barbecue, an additional sofa, a veranda with table and chairs, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, washing machine, drying rack, sheets, two TVs and Wi-Fi.
Pets are allowed.
Not far away there is a kiosk where you can buy food, bread and pizza.
The beach is equipped with bathing establishments.
The location is approximately 30 kilometers from Cagliari, 20 kilometers from Villasimius, 27 kilometers from the beaches of Costa Rei, and is adjacent to the towns of Torre delle Stelle, Solanas and Kal’e Moru.
