El apartamento tiene dos pisos, los dos sin una ventana ni aire acondicionado. Hay mucha humedad, mucho olor a humedad, sobre todo en el salón del piso inferior (un sótano) y en la habitación del fondo, un dormitorio de matrimonio. La única manera de ventilar es abrir la puerta de entrada, que da a una habitación con dos camas, por lo que o duermes asfixiado o te arriesgas a que entre alguien por la noche. Ah, y hay cortinas como la que se ve en la foto por todas partes, pero no tapan ninguna ventana, sino la pared lisa. Llamamos para protestar pero no nos hicieron ni caso. En fin, fue un desastre.

Inaccurate advertisement

Owner took an unreasonable amount of time to respond to messages (days). When I reserved the room I purchased x amount of days however after my booking I was refunded for our final night. I reached out to the owner directly and asked for a refund because I needed all days, to which he did not answer, forcing us to get a different room for 1 night. Per Vrbo policies I would’ve only been able to receive half of my money back, regardless of the fact that the owner changed my dates. We arrived to bugs and hairs in the sheets of the beds and when we reached out to the owner to get them changed at 3pm the day we arrived he didn’t reply until noon the next day. The floors were dirty from the moment we entered and the refrigerator was leaking water, additionally there was cheese in the fridge from the last people who stayed. Hand soap was also not included in either bathroom. The front door was also impossibly difficult to open, often requiring entering the code 3-4 times. When just looking at the apartment it looks great but was the most inconvenient stay i’ve ever had. The location was good but the constant bugs in the room and terrible communication is simply not worth it.

Appartement très spacieux avec de belles prestations.

Bien placé, très spacieux pour une location en plein centre de Madrid, la literie est excellente et la décoration aussi. Les informations pratiques sont envoyées un jour avant avec une entrée électronique très pratique. Je précise juste qu il n y a pas de fenêtre ou ouvertures pour aérer sauf la porte ce qui peut gêner certaines personnes si elles sont mal à l aise avec cela. Sinon superbe appartement.
