We are pleased to offer this substantial 4 bedroom semi-detached family home in a corner plot on a prestigious, gated development in Maidenhead. Located in a quiet tree-lined close in one of the most
desirable areas of Maidenhead, and within easy access to the mainline station. The house includes a secure garage next to the house and additional allocated parking for two cars. The house offers modern living with lots of natural light and space. Freshly decorated and with
furnishings and fittings to a high standard throughout, you will feel immediately at home. There is a large living and dining area, opening on to the secure, landscaped and well maintained garden. The kitchen is well equipped, with seating for 8 and all Bosch branded appliances.
The first floor boasts two generously sized double bedrooms, each complete with a kingsize bed (one of which can be conveniently split into 2 single beds), wall to wall fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. The top floor offers two further double bedrooms of the same size, nestled under the eaves, again with plenty of storage in the fitted wardrobes. One bedroom has a kingsize bed (which can be conveniently split into 2 single beds) and the other has a double bed. A family bathroom with both a bath and a separate shower serves these rooms. All of the bathrooms have Villeroy & Boch sanitaryware and a chrome heated towel rail.
Spotless, and with all the essentials, you will find underfloor heating on the ground floor, high speed WiFi (with speeds of up to 250 Megabits per second), comfortable beds, and unlimited, pressurised hot water.
