It features three bedrooms—two with double beds and one with a trundle bed (two single beds)—making it ideal for families or small groups. The property is not pet-friendly but offers essential family amenities such as optional baby cots and highchairs. Guests can enjoy shared access to a communal pool and garden, used by only six residences, along with a private terrace and reserved parking space. The house is well-suited for relaxing holidays with a peaceful setting and clean, contemporary design. Centrally located between Riells Beach and Cala Montgó, the villa provides convenient access to both sandy shores and scenic coastal paths. Just a short walk from a small forest and stunning sea views, the area is perfect for nature lovers and families alike. It comes equipped with air conditioning (seasonal), internet access, a washing machine, and on-site open-air parking. The kitchen features a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and basic cookware. Bed linen is included in the final cleaning fee, and towel sets are available for a small additional charge. [Note: The communal swimming pool is available exclusively during July and August.]
