The house is located in Twyford, a beautiful town in Berkshire. The surrounding area is pretty and has many woodlands, meadows and lakes with many streams and rivers crisscrossing the countryside. Perfect for outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling, horse riding, golf, kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding and swimming. Twyford has good transportation links and the house is within a short 15 minute walk to Twyford railway station which has fast train connections to London and Reading.
The property is a semi-detached house in the quiet Broad Hinton development with an open plan living arrangement consisting of the kitchen, living room and conservatory.
The house has four bedrooms consisting of two bedrooms with queen beds, one bedroom with a double beds and the fourth bedroom has a single daybed with a pull-out trundle bed that can be used to accommodate two people if needed.
The driveway can accommodate up to three cars and there is free street parking on the road in front of the house if needed.
New fixtures and fittings throughout and the house was re-decorated in February 2025.
