Refundable Damage Deposit and Electricity Charge!
500 Euro refundable damage deposit paid on arrival to the property manager. A meter reading will be taken at the start and at the end of your rental period. You will be charged for the electricity used during your stay, this will be taken from your deposit.

Please note: €500 refundable security deposit. A meter reading will be taken at check-in and check-out. The amount of usage will be calculated and deducted from the deposit if applicable. The remaining balance will be refunded within 5 days after check-out.
