The entrance level features three elegant suites and a fully equipped gym with a bar, showers, smart TVs, and fitness gear. The lower pool level includes seven additional suites, a sleek indoor living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to a 20-person outdoor dining area. The outdoor spaces are expansive, featuring a 100 sqm infinity pool, shaded pergolas, a luxurious pool bar, and an outdoor smart TV. The spa is carved into natural rock and offers a massage room, steam room, Jacuzzi, ice fountain, and more, creating a private wellness sanctuary.

Guest Access:
Guests have full private access to the entire estate, including all ten bedrooms, the indoor and outdoor living areas, the infinity pool, shaded lounge spaces, a fully equipped gym, and the dedicated spa area. Private parking for up to six vehicles and wheelchair-friendly paths make access easy throughout the property. A helicopter landing pad is also available.
