Sleeping up to four guests across two comfortable bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements, making it perfect for professionals travelling together. The home features a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dishwasher, and a bright living area with two sofas and a Smart TV to stream your favourite channels on Netflix or Prime. A standout feature is the convenient off-street parking—suitable for two small vehicles side by side or one larger van, making it perfect for guests working locally. To the back of the property, you’ll find a peaceful garden space complete with outdoor furniture—ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or winding down in the evening.

Bright House with spacious living areas and a central location, this is the perfect place for couples, professionals or for a family to get away.


KITCHEN / LIVING AREA
The living area has a ton of natural daylight pouring in, and the fully equipped kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, hob oven, kettle plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. In addition to this we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. The dining table seats up to 4 guests. You’ll find the sociable and light living room set up with a Smart TV and a sofa, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV.

BATHROOM
- The bathroom has a shower, sink, mirror and toilet.
We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mats.

BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds. Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire.

GARDEN AND PARKING

Enjoy the convenience of private off-street parking—ideal for two small cars or one large van. We want you to enjoy your stay with us, and to make sure that you do and for the sake of other residents, we ask you to respect the house rules:

No smoking inside the property. If you wish to smoke, please use the patio and clean up any debris caused by smoking
Noise - In consideration of our neighbours, noise MUST be kept to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00. This includes no loud music or parties. In case of a security call-out due to noise disruption, this fee will be deducted from your deposit. We are not the anti-fun police, but we want you to have a great trip and our neighbours to have a good night's sleep
No pets are allowed at this property.
A £95 pet fee applies per stay. Please notify us in advance, as not all properties allow pets and some properties allow them on request.
Please note that check out is by 11 am. We do ask that you respect the check-out time as it affects our ability to prepare the apartment for the next set of guests (£50 penalty charge per hour)
When you are ready to vacate the property, please wash up, bag and bin your rubbish.
This property should only be booked by a lead guest who is over the age of 21, we do not accept bookings from groups of people under this age. If in doubt, please contact us before booking
Failure to adhere to any of these house rules will result in deductions being made from your deposit to cover any additional costs for cleaning and damage caused.

Full check-in information will be provided via email and SMS on the day of arrival once your damage deposit has been paid.
