- A spacious stylish living room space/entertainment-relax zone which holds a large L-shaped sofa couch that readily converts into a second queen sized double bed (for two extra guests), having a dedicated work space in one secluded corner of the living room, a cute dining table for two by the large french windows, complimented with a 2nd full washroom for guests' easy convenience.

- Modestly designed and pleasantly furnished bedroom/with attached full washroom is equipped with a sturdy, queen sized bed, top quality soft bed linen and comforter blankets spread over brand new orthopaedic foam mattress to provide you restful, sound sleep, keeping your complete comfort needs as the primary objective. Two night-stand bedside tables on either side of the bed with attractive night lamps for easy accebility help to hold your night time essentials by your bedside while you slip off into deep sleep. The bedroom holds a spacious wardrobe with hangers for your clothing storage needs and

- A fully equipped modern functional kitchen with all basic essentials and electricals. The modern kitchen is eqipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, an induction stove, a hot plate, toaster, tea/coffee pot and a modern latest hi-tech water filter. Whether you book this home for just your singular self as only one guest or for 4-6 persons, you get the whole apartment and the pleasure is all ONLY YOURS. You don’t share it with anyone except yourself and/or your other companion guests.

Other things to note
▪️GUESTS MUST ENSURE TO READ THE HOUSE RULES AND ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR CONSENT.

▪️EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
Extra charge of INR ₹3.3k for early check in/late check-out, subject to availability. Early check-in only possible earliest at 1:00 pm and late check-out upto 11-11:30 am limit only.

- If check-in required earlier than 1:00 pm noon, by 11:00 am then the extra fee will be 5.1k subject to availability.

- This extra fee for early check-in/late check-out goes straight to the CLEANING COMPANY for altering change in timing of their pre-scheduled turnover cleaning task and towards making adjustments in staff logistics.

- Anything beyond this set time limit will incur full one night tariff charge.

- Delayed check-out any time beyond 10 am without prior request will incur an additional penalty of INR ₹3.3k over and above the standard late check-out charge of INR ₹3.3k upto the 1st hour from 10 am and pro rata for every next hour.

▪️Luggage drop facility available at nominal charge
- Upto 2-3 hours hold @ INR ₹600/-
- Overnight hold @ INR ₹2.4k per night/day.

▪️If CONFIRMED reservation/booking is done post 10 am on same day of check-in then check-in will be possible only atleast 2-3 hours after stated standard check-in hours as noted online on this Airbnb web listing. This is necessitated for assissting allied logistics support team adjustment of last minute housekeeping/cleaning services requirement.

▪️Extra charge for night stay per additional guests after first two (2) is INR ₹2499/- per night stay per guest, with all facilities available to them - Applicable to every additional guest booked through official Airbnb platform or privately by direct request off the airbnb platform.

▪️ Guests are mandatorily required at all times to deposit the house keys into the lockbox at every exit/re-entry from & to the apartment without exception. At no point in time the guest is allowed to carry the house keys with them on their person.

▪️Outdoor (vendor) Laundry / Ironing charges as per actuals to be paid directly to the vendor.

▪️In-house washing machine service:
This is a paid laundry service available only to long stay guests with bookings of a week or more (max twice a week) @INR ₹800/- for each requested use of 1 full (6 kg) load use. In-house laundry service will be exclusively operated only by attendant/ house help staff on a pre-fixed date & time by advance request from the guest.

▪️Additional house cleaning charges:
INR ₹600/- per each housekeeping service - mandatory on alternate days for long stay guests of 3+ nights stay (minimum 2-3 times per week for longer stay guests). it is mandatorily preferred to have the apartment UNOCCUPIED during all such in-house cleaning services as per security protocol of the cleaning service company.

▪️IF CONFIRMED RESERVATION BOOKING DONE POST 10:00 AM FOR SAME DAY OF CHECK-IN THEN CHECK IN WILL BE AT LEAST 3 HOURS AFTER STATED STANDARD CHECK-IN HOURS.

▪️Booking of the apartment for Commercial photography/shooting purpose will be permitted for entertainment media shoots - advertising, promotions, films & serials, documentaries, etc on payment of EXTRA CHARGES of mutually discussed and agreed commercial fee starting at upwards of basic minimum price of ₹10k per day on direct payment basis, after having ensured to pay on Airbnb for the exact and correct number of assured total footfalls on the premises on each day of the booking.
