The property enjoys a tranquil end-plot location on a large holiday park, with a meandering river, a children’s play area and 7 acres of grounds to explore. Bude (2.5 miles) is a popular seaside resort known for its glorious sandy beaches, including Summerleaze and Crooklets, perfect for surfing, sunbathing and rock pooling. The town also offers a range of fabulous places to eat and drink, and makes a great base for exploring beautiful beaches along the coast including Black Rock, Duckpool and Widemouth Bay (all within 5.5 miles). Immediately to the north, the magical Hartland Heritage Coast (0.5 miles) leads into Devon, while to the south you can explore a glorious stretch of the Cornwall National Landscape (6.5 miles).
A couple of steps lead up onto the decked area surrounding this cheerful getaway. Entering the property, you will be greeted by a tastefully furnished and coolly decorated open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner providing an ideal space for you all to settle back and unwind together. The bright and inviting lounge has ample seating and a Smart TV, with a sociable dining area over to one side. To the rear of the main room there’s a stylishly arranged and fully equipped kitchen.
