The main floor has a large open space with a modern open plan kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances, a dining area, a toilet and a cosy living room with a chaise longue sofa and a 50" Smart TV. From this space we access the most special place of the house, a large private terrace with outdoor shower, perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. From there, there is access to a covered sitting area with sofa, a charming corner to read, chat or enjoy its wonderful sea views.

Upstairs, accessed by stairs, are the two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and TV, and the second bedroom has a trundle bed (two single beds) and wardrobe.

For greater comfort, the property is equipped with high-speed fibre optic WiFi (600mb), perfect for teleworking or entertainment. It also has a parking space and a fan.
