This charming summer guest house offers a peaceful retreat, complete with a private driveway parking space and its own entrance, accessed via a secure gate leading to the rear of the main house.

The guest house features large bi-folding doors that open up to a beautiful garden, perfect for enjoying fresh air and relaxing outdoors.

For your comfort and privacy, the homeowners will keep all rear blinds closed during your stay, allowing you to fully enjoy the space without disturbance.

A key box is conveniently located at the entrance, along with a designated cigarette bin.

The dedicated parking space is located directly in front of the gate—everything from the gate inward is reserved exclusively for guest use.

Guest communication will be handled by the property manager, Danielle, not the homeowners.

If you fail to adhere to the house rules your deposit will be will not be returned and additional charges may apply.  


Pets are not permitted at this property.
No Smoking is permitted in the property!
No Gas Cannisters allowed on the premises!
Parking must be on the driveway or street, however please be mindful of the residents.
Check out is 10am, if you wish to have a later checkout please contact the property manager otherwise you will be charged for the late checkout is past 10am.
Any damage should be reported immediately and an appropriate charge will apply.
Partying and excessive noise is not permitted.
Photo ID must be provided to the property manager upon reservation being made.
Quiet times are 10pm - 8am please ensure no excessive noise during these times.
