This apartment is offered as a Short-Term Tourist Rental in a non-professional capacity, in accordance with current legislation. It is not a hotel or a licensed accommodation facility: your stay is governed by a standard private lease agreement, valid exclusively for the nights booked.
At check-in, you will be asked to sign the lease contract in both Italian and your native language, as required by law.

The Host is also legally required to request identification documents from all guests, in compliance with public security regulations. Your personal data, along with the duration of your stay, will be transmitted to the relevant authorities (State Police) and to the Lombardy Region for statistical purposes. Guests who refuse to provide identification and/or to sign the rental contract will not be granted access to the apartment.

Check-in is scheduled between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
a) Early check-in may be allowed by prior agreement with the Host.
b) Check-in between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM incurs a €25.00 fee.
c) Check-in between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM incurs a €35.00 fee.
No check-ins are allowed after 12:00 AM.
Late check-in fees can be paid in cash or by credit/debit card directly to the assistant.
