• The amount will be unlocked automatically at the end of the stay (time varies based on the bank).
• In case of damage or rule violations, we reserve the right to retain an amount to cover expenses.

Tourist Tax

To be paid in cash upon arrival, according to municipal regulations.

Booking Details

• Klodge properties are private properties managed as tourist rentals, according to Law 431/98 and art. 21bis L.R. 16/17 Sardinia Region.
• As private homes, they do not follow hotel standards and may have minor imperfections that do not affect functionality.
• Klodge is a professional real estate broker specialized in short-term tourist rentals.

Online Check-in and Contract

• After booking, online check-in is required (uploading documents and selfies for each guest).
• Data is processed in compliance with the GDPR regulation.
• A tourist lease contract is mandatory. The contract will be in Italian; a courtesy copy in English will be provided.

Key Delivery

The key collection and document signing take place at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda airport.

Waste Separation

A door-to-door waste separation system is in place. Purchase the appropriate bags and dispose of waste correctly during your stay.

• Beach towels: one-time fee
• Pets (on request, under 10 kg): €50.00 each
• Crib or high chair: €35.00 each

Arrival Times

Standard check-in: 16:00 – 20:00 (variable based on availability and appointments).

Additional fees for check-in outside regular hours:

• 20:00 – 23:00 → €40 (on request)
• 23:00 – 01:00 → €60 (on request)
• After 01:00 → only with prior authorization
