This large house offers comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 20 people, making it perfect for family reunions, group retreats, or any occasion where you need space and comfort. The stunning kitchen and dining area provide a great spot to cook up a feast and enjoy quality time together with your loved ones. Plus, with a variety of activities and great views, there is never a dull moment.

There are two living rooms which offer the perfect blend of comfort and entertainment. Unwind in the Drawing Room, complete with a piano, plush sofas, and an inviting open fire for cozy gatherings. For movie nights, retreat to the Television Room featuring Sky TV and a relaxing log burner. Don't forget our spacious Dining Room, where meals can be enjoyed with friends and family around tables that seat up to 20. And for a bit of fun, challenge your guests to a game of pool in our Games Room with a pub-size table. Experience hospitality like never before!

Discover the serenity of the Kitchen and Utility Room, a breathtaking kitchen area designed for lavish living. This large kitchen, surrounded by expansive glass windows and situated between our building’s elegant wings, boasts all the utilities you'll need for a perfect getaway. Whether you're whipping up a simple breakfast or preparing a feast for loved ones, this space ensures a comfortable and delightful experience throughout your stay.

Equipment provided includes:
- Two Ovens, Hob, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, Kettle, Two Fridges, Freezer, Nespresso Coffee machine, washing machine, and dryer.
- Cookware for 20 people
- Glasses for 20 people (champagne, wine, high ball, pint glasses)
- Plastic glasses for use around the Hot Tub.
- Crockery and cutlery for up to 30 people (including large, medium, and small plates, pasta and cereal bowls, cups, mugs, etc.)
- We also leave dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, washing up cloths, bin bags, tea towels, and oven gloves.

Experience the comfort of our holiday bedrooms, designed to make your stay memorable. With six spacious bedrooms on the first floor and four more upstairs, you'll find the perfect nook to relax after a day of adventure. Each room includes a chest of drawers, wardrobes, and bedside tables, and we provide bed linen and towels, ensuring you have everything you need for a restful getaway.

Bed configurations are as follows:​

First Floor Bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1 - Emporer-size bed
- Bedroom 2 - King-size bed
- Bedroom 3 - One double bed
- Bedroom 4 - King-size bed
- Bedrooms 5 & 6 - are two interconnected rooms with one entrance from the corridor. Across the two rooms, there is a King-size bed and two single beds. This room is ideal as a family suite.

Second Floor Bedrooms:
- Bedroom 7 - One King-size and one single bed
- Bedroom 8 - Two single beds
- Bedroom 9 - Two single beds
- Bedroom 10 - King-size bed

There are six bathrooms and two half-bathrooms spread over the three floors:

Ground Floor
- Cloakroom 1 - with toilet and sink.
- Cloakroom 2 - with toilet and sink.

First Floor
- Bathroom 1 - Jack-and-Jill bathroom with large walk-in shower, double sink unit, and toilet.
- Bathroom 2 - Large bathroom with a cast iron bath to relax in, sink unit, and toilet.
- Bathroom 3 - Walk-in shower, sink unit, and toilet.

Second Floor
- Bathroom 4 - Shower over a bath, toilet, and sink unit.
- Bathroom 5 - Shower room with toilet and sink unit.
- Bathroom 6 - Shower with toilet and sink unit.

All bathrooms have: - Underfloor heating - Mirror over the sink - Refillable toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash). We leave two towels per person.

Outside, you'll discover an oasis of tranquility across our beautiful 2-acre garden. It's ideal for games, gatherings, and unwinding in the evenings. Gather around our spacious dining table that comfortably seats 20, and don’t miss the chance to soak in our relaxing log-fired hot tub (additional fees apply).

To Hall car park has space for about 10 cars.

Our children's play area is perfect for the little ones while you enjoy a leisurely stroll around the car-free trail around Carsington Reservoir.
