Brand New Nusa Retreat is a complex of four luxurious, airy villas nestled in Trachilos, a picturesque village near Kissamos. Ideally located for exploring Crete’s most iconic beaches, the retreat offers seamless access to the island’s natural wonders and authentic local charm. The port for boat trips to the breathtaking Balos Lagoon is just a 2-minute drive away, while Falassarna Beach is only 10 minutes by car, and the world-renowned Elafonissi Beach is reachable within an hour.

Indoor facilities

This villa is part of the NUSA retreat luxury residences, which includes four luxury villas. Each villa is accombined with three bedroom with with four bathrooms each, foul equipped kitchen and three polls in total. The total number of rooms for the whole complex is 12 and the total guests we can accomodate are 28. The guests can book as villas as they wish based on the number of guests that travel with them.

This stylish two-story villa offers three beautifully appointed bedrooms—one on the ground floor and two upstairs—all with en-suite bathrooms for added comfort and privacy. The ground floor features a spacious open-plan layout with a fully equipped kitchen tailored for culinary enthusiasts, a dining area, and a cozy living room with a large Smart Streaming TV. Step outside to a welcoming outdoor space, perfect for relaxing or enjoying your morning coffee by the pool with sea views.

Step outside the villa and discover a beautifully designed 4.00m x 12.00m swimming pool, perfectly complemented by a stylish lounge area. Nearby, a dining table for seven sits under a shaded pergola—ideal for alfresco meals at any time of day. The spacious garden is perfect for sunset drinks, while the pool offers a serene spot to unwind. • Linens and towels (pool and bath) are provided
• Cleaning service (For reservations of 5 to 7 days, we provide one cleaning service with a change of linens and towels, and for stays longer than 7 days, we offer one cleaning service and a change of linens and towels every 4 days.)
• Baby equipment (baby cot and high chair upon request)
