A short drive takes you to Shrewsbury, a historic town brimming with medieval architecture and riverside charm. Explore the iconic Ironbridge Gorge (11 miles), a UNESCO World Heritage Site, or step back in time at Blists Hill Victorian Town (9.5 miles). Other nearby gems include the National Trust’s Benthall Hall (12.5 miles), the picturesque town of Bridgnorth (14.5 miles) and Cannock Chase Forest (15miles).
