The home is located very close to just about everywhere in the valley. It has a great open floor plan with a fireplace. Three TVs (one 75 inches in living room)
Two in bedrooms, BBQ, Coffee Maker, Toaster, and stainless steel kitchen appliances with gas stove. Spacious primary bedroom with a beautiful large walk-in shower.
For your convenience, walk out the primary bedroom and you will
enjoy stunning sunrises across the neighborhood park with views of the foothills. Relax on the cozy outdoor furniture next to the gas fire pit.
There is an attached Mother-in-law suite which is included in the rental. Two queen bedrooms, full bath,
kitchenette, washer & dryer and setting room .
With the attached Mother-in -law suite, it allows for several different sleeping arrangements.

Great House

House was everything we expected and more. It was very well stocked, in a great neighborhood in a nice park setting. Would highly recommend this place.

Great house. Well laid out, close to everything. We stay at a lot of VRBO- including in Boise area and this has become the fav. We will be back!

Beautiful back yard view

Beautiful home and location. Deficiencies included defective bathroom door lock, clogged master bathroom sink, empty propane tanks (later provided), barbecue grill not cleaned (old onion left on it), and defective barbecue ignition switch. Overall stay was excellent.
