A lovely three-storey windmill with a bedroom on the top floor, sofa, TV and dining table on the middle level and kitchen and bathroom on the lower level.

The Olive Mill is set in the grounds of the owners house. The A8 is 5 minutes drive and the historic town Obidos is around 8 minutes. Caldas da Rainha and Bombarral with numerous restaurants and bars are 15 and 10 minutes respectively. Buddha Eden is within 10 minutes.

The ocean and golf courses are within 20 minutes.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a coffee machine, toaster, hob, and air fryer.
