Designed with exceptional attention to detail, the property accommodates 20 guests across 10 spacious bedrooms, each with queen-size beds, en-suite bathrooms, kitchenettes, and individual entrances offering sea or pool views. The upper level hosts seven guest houses along with a beautifully styled indoor living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large outdoor dining area that seats up to 28 guests. The expansive pergola offers 500 square meters of shade, surrounding a 100-square-meter infinity pool with panoramic sea views, sunbeds, and a fully equipped shaded pool bar. A barbecue station and outdoor sound system complete the setting. The entrance level includes two additional guest houses, a fully equipped gym, and a grand 100-square-meter spa carved into the landscape, offering a Jacuzzi, steam bath, massage room, foot spa, and more.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including all 10 bedrooms, gym, spa, pool area, kitchen, indoor and outdoor lounges, and shaded dining spaces. There are private parking facilities for up to three vehicles, and all areas are wheelchair accessible. Guests also have access to a helicopter landing pad on site.

The area is peaceful, with a sense of seclusion, yet conveniently close to other popular beaches and just a short drive from Mykonos Town, offering restaurants, boutiques, and nightlife.

Getting Around:
Private parking is available with easy access for vehicles. Car rentals are highly recommended to explore the island with ease. Transfers and concierge transportation services can be arranged upon request, and a helicopter landing pad is available for private arrivals.

Other Things to Note:
Daily maid service is included. Linens are changed twice weekly and towels are refreshed daily. The villa is equipped with luxury amenities, including designer furnishings, high-speed Wi-Fi, satellite TVs with Netflix and Apple TV (on request), and a premium sound system.
