Step into the expansive open-plan living area where cooking, dining, and relaxing come together in perfect harmony. Bifold doors open out to a sun-soaked patio, flooding the space with light and offering seamless indoor-outdoor living. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including two electric ovens, an electric hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and a Lavazza coffee machine. Gather around the breakfast bar with your morning coffee or enjoy family dinners at the large dining table, which comfortably seats eight guests.

Designed with relaxation and togetherness in mind, Roughtor View offers a seamless blend of modern comfort and laid-back luxury. The sitting area features a comfortable corner sofa and Smart television, an inviting spot to unwind at the end of the day. The ground floor features underfloor heating throughout, to keep you nice and toasty throughout the seasons.

Head through the kitchen to the garage, which has been converted into a haven of entertainment. This games room is a unique feature, with a pool table, table tennis and darts board, fun for all ages. There is also a utility area featuring a washing machine and tumble dryer for added convenience. A cloakroom completes the ground floor with a WC and wash basin.

Retreat upstairs where four luxurious bedrooms await. Bedroom one boasts a comfortable king-size bed ready to lull you into a sweet slumber, a Smart television and a stylish en-suite bathroom featuring a bath with shower over, wash basin and WC. Bedroom two is light and spacious with tall vaulted ceilings, a sumptuous king-size bed and Smart television. It also has the added opulence of an en-suite shower room.

The third bedroom houses another king-size bed, a television, views across Bodmin moor and a lovely chair which converts to a single bed, for alternative sleeping arrangements (available on request only, small additional charge). While the final bedroom houses twin single beds, all bedrooms have built-in wardrobes providing plenty of storage space. A luxurious family bathroom completes the first floor, boasting a bath, large walk-in shower, double wash basin and WC.

The outside space at Roughtor View is a real suntrap, perfect for making the most of long summer days.
