Head to the pretty market town of Brampton, 10.5 miles away, to explore its fabulous selection of independent shops, cafés and restaurants before exploring the surrounding footpaths and bridleways that weave through woods, fields and moorlands. The market town of Haltwhistle, the geographical centre of Britain, can be reached within 7.5 miles.
