Central Brighton 1 Bedroom Apartment
Sillwood road is a stunning 1 bedroom apartment in central Brighton just 5 minutes walk from the seafront. It's a comfortable modern and spacious apartment. Located in a quiet building but just around the corner from Western Road and Preston Street where you will find many bars and eateries. You can pretty much access any part of central Brighton within 10 minutes.

Sillwood Road is very near to the seafront and right in the city centre. There are many shops, restaurants, bars and attractions of all types. The Brighton i360 is just a few minutes away where you can admire stunning views across Brighton and Hove. If you are lucky enough to be here when the sun is shining Brighton Music Hall is just a few minutes walk located directly on the seafront where they have live bands playing and has a great atmosphere to enjoy a drink or two in the sun!
Brighton's main shopping centre Churchill Square is just 10 minute walk or you can take a trip to the famous quirky Laines where you will find cobbled streets and lots of independent shops bars and restaurants. There are many great local pubs near the apartment so please message me if you want any recommendations. Brighton pier is easily reached within 10 minutes walk along the seafront. There are also lots of nightclubs and one casino in Preston Street and one along the seafront by the Pier.
Travelling by car: The apartment has no allocated parking; the best way to get into Brighton town centre is by public transport. Most bus routes stop on Western Road and take about 2 minutes from the bus stop to the apartment. If you do decide to bring a car the closest car park is Regency Square car park that charges £23 per day. Taxi from Brighton station will cost around £8.
Travelling by train: The property is a 10 - 15 minute walk from Brighton Station through picturesque victorian architectural streets, walk down into the main buzz of the city where Sillwood road will be found nestled in a quiet side road.
Sillwood road is a traditional listed building and can accommodate up to 2 guests across 1 bedroom. The apartment benefits from a fully equipped kitchen and all the necessary facilities you would need for a self catering holiday including a breakfast bar with stools for 2 people. 1 double bedroom, made up with hotel quality bed linen. Bathroom has a modern large shower and hotel quality towels are provided for each guest staying. The living room is an open plan and has a large flat screen TV. All spaces in the apartment can access free Wi-Fi
You have sole access to all areas of course. Feel free to curl up on the sofa to relax and enjoy your stay. You are also welcome to use all of the kitchen facilities as well as the fridge and cupboards should you want to cook during your stay.
There is a washing machine and also an iron and ironing board if you need it.
