The bedroom includes a comfortable double bed that guarantees restful rest after a day exploring the city.

Located in one of the most dynamic areas of Madrid, you will be surrounded by shops, restaurants, leisure areas and excellent public transport connections. Everything you need to enjoy a complete experience in the capital.

For stays of 28 days or more, please take into account the following information:

1. You must sign a temporary lease agreement.
2. Public services such as electricity, water, or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once the invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You must assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 150 EUR.
