About this property

The location is ideal: less than 50m from the beach, no roads to cross ... you park your car and outside the races, no need to use it !! A private swimming pool to share, abundant vegetation. The place is very quiet and relaxing. Saint-Tropez, its port, its market and shops is just 3km!

The apartment is located on the first floor (balcony / terrace large enough, with garden furniture that can eat outside). The interior of 30m² and can accommodate 4 people.

Set amidst the beautiful Bay of Pampelonne, halfway between Saint-Tropez (3km) and the Village of Ramatuelle (3.5 km). The beach is less than 50m. Many opportunities for walks in the surrounding villages (Ramatuelle is a village 'perched' beautiful, as Gassin), the lakeside town of Port Grimaud, Cogolin ... and hiking in the back -country (especially the Massif des Maures) . You can also take the coastal footpath that connects the Cap Camarat (near Ramatuelle) in Saint Tropez, to the immense beach of the Bay of Pampelonne.

Rustic doesn't have to be this poor

First thing to say is that no bedding or towels are provided. We had no idea as it's not mentioned in the listing. Disappointingly, VRBO said it was implied by the photos ! The property had not been cleaned properly and the washing machine, dishwasher and TV didn't work. The owner did eventually pay us a partial refund of 200 euros (against total cost of 1000+eurosfor a week in June) but we'd have preferred a responsive maintenance service. The 2 parasols were broken and a wooden bench on the veranda was rotten. On the positive side, the location is amazing with a great shared pool and easy access to a quiet bit of the stunning beach. Adjacent properties had clearly been modernised/improved and this property could be so much nicer - with WiFi and better furniture and maintenance. The space is suitable for 2 or 3, not 5 as advertised.

Great location

We love the area, even though prices went up like crazy over the past years. Great location and nice accomodation. Kitchen is old but functioning. We had a wonderful vacation and spent 90% of it on the beach :)

Démarage trés difficile mais grace à la propriétère notre séjour a été prolongé

L'appartement était dans un état trés sale en arrivant. Et ceci en pleine periode CORONA. Inacceptable!!!! Ne pouvant pas atteindre la propriètaire nous nous sommes adressé à votre organisation. J'ai eu quatres personnes differente en ligne. Résultat remplir un questionnaire pour faire part de mes problèmes. Bla bla et beaucoup d'adminstration et ceci en periode de vacances. Heureusement Madame Leleu nous a contacté et envoyé une dame pour faire nettoyer l'appartement. En plus madame Leleu nous a gentillement proposée de rester quelques jours de plus. Ceci est un très beau geste que nous avons accepté avec grand plaisir. Pendant la période Corona nous avons du voir comment rentrer au pays en fonction de la réglementation et les codes rouges etc. Ceci dit nos félicitations à Madame Leleu. Nous avons quité l'appartement dans un état impeccable et espérons revenir en 2021. Sincères salutations.
