Why they chose this property
WOW! this is such a great condo. It is a lovely condo that is extremely clean and well maintained. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. Guest bedroom has a balcony for morning coffee and a view of the hills. In front of the condo is a very nice patio with a table and chairs. The condo complex is well planned and very pretty with mature landscaping. There is lots of parking at the rear of the condo where the one car garage is located.

I love the location of these Villa Rosa Condos. Great centralized location, so close to everything you need and only 1 /14 mile to our famous Downtown.
