It's perfect for peaceful strolls, rock pooling, or even fossil hunting along the shoreline. The town is very near and you'll discover a range of activities for all ages, including a scenic ride on the Seaton Tramway (0.5 miles) or explore the independent shops and tea rooms for a foodie afternoon. Alternatively, visit the quaint town of Colyton (4 miles), which provides exquisite Saxon architecture and winding lanes with independent shops. It's also a getaway to the East Devon Way towards the Coly Valley. For nature lovers, Seaton Wetlands Nature Reserve (1.5 miles) offers 2.5 miles of flat trails and a boardwalk where you can spot wildlife such as kingfishers, redshank and sandpipers along the River Axe.
As you enter this stylish cottage, you are welcomed into a nautical-themed hallway and beckoned to wander into the cosy lounge space. This modern space is furnished with plenty of comfortable seating and a wall-mounted Smart TV for evenings nestled in front of a movie. Back in the hallway and to the right is the kitchen, a contemporary space to cook together or whip up a picnic for on the go. The light-flooded dining room sits at the back of the property, and a dining table seats six. Head up to the first floor, where you'll find the well-appointed king-size bedroom and a cosy twin bedroom. Both rooms are decorated in playful prints and soft pastels, creating a peaceful atmosphere for a great night's rest. This floor also features a lovely shower room with a WC. On the third floor, you'll discover a comfortable double bedroom and a beautifully designed bathroom, offering a serene space to unwind.
Although the property has no outside space, you are metres from the sandy shores of Seaton Beach. The property also benefits from private parking for one car.
