Outside, you will find a spacious shared pool measuring 40 meters long and 15 meters wide, with a minimum depth of 0.60 meters and a maximum of 2.50 meters. Additionally, there is an additional children's pool measuring 5x5 meters and with a depth of 0.50 meters, perfect for the little ones. The area is surrounded by extensive communal lawn, providing a relaxing and spacious environment to enjoy the outdoors. There is also an outdoor shower to cool off after returning from the beach. The cosy studio, located on the fifth floor of the building with a lift, offers a comfortable and bright space for two people. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV and has air conditioning and a dining table. In this space, you will also find the folding double bed, a sofa bed, and the wardrobe. The kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, has the basic equipment to prepare delicious meals. The full bathroom includes a sink and shower. Additionally, we can provide a cot if you are travelling with your baby. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. The property offers a privileged location.
