Enjoy the wonderful hospitality during your stay, whether it be visiting family/friends, a quick weekend getaway to the Rocky Mountains, or appreciating the endless festivities that Calgary offers all year round!!

This is a cozy NEWLY RENOVATED Suite with NEW fully equipped Kitchen and two full bathrooms. The two bedrooms contain comfortable queen beds. Enjoy the bright windows, open concept space, free Wi-Fi high speed internet access and large screen TV with digital cable. There is also FREE laundry for your convenience.

The private suite is fully self contained and completely yours! There is a separate back entrance and you are welcome to use the shared laundry facilities. Guests will have lots of free on-street parking.

We're happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have anytime during your stay, just ask!! We'll let you know our availability during your stay.

Property was exactly as listed. Keih was a very responsive host and checked in whilst we were there to make sure we had everything we needed. Very central and easy to travel around Calgary. Would definitely stay again.

Nice quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of great pub, Tipperary's. Main shower doesn't drain well, ended up with standing water in the basin. 2nd bathroom was better. All in all it was met our needs while in Calgary.

Great Individual Place
Stayed here for a semester of school and loved the place. Looks exactly as pictured and feels cozy and bright for a basement. Kieth was great for communication and super nice. The new upstairs tenants were also great and super respectful!! Would 100% recommend this place for a young adult and/or student short stay.

We are less than a 5 minute drive to U of C, Foothills Hospital/Alberta Children's Hospital, 5 min drive to downtown, and 20 mins drive to the Airport. Close to the Trans Canada highway for an easy escape to the mountains, which is only 45 mins away!
