Spacious 72 m2 apartment in the center of Madrid. Perfect location to explore the center of Madrid on foot, close to bars, supermarkets and the main attractions of the city.

With everything you need to have a pleasant stay and be able to disconnect and enjoy with family or friends, in this equipped space you will feel at home.

As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces:

- A spacious living room where you can find a rest area with a sofa, TV and air conditioning.
- Fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room with a dining-bar.
- Room with a double bed and air conditioning.
- Two rooms with a single bed each.
- A bathroom with shower

In addition, the entire apartment is connected to Wi-Fi and has heating in all rooms. It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented to provide the best stay for the guest.

- Legal registration of travelers according to Decree 1513/1959 and Decree 450/1975.
- For legal reasons, we need the identification data of all travelers over 15 years of age.
- It will be requested only for confirmed reservations, a few days before arrival.
- Failure to provide the requested information prior to arrival will result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
