One story ground floor newly remodeled bathrooms and new tile in the bedrooms. This villa is located close to Disney and all major attractions with Wireless Internet. Fifteen minutes from Orlando Airport. Two blocks north of Hwy 192 and a few miles east of Interstate 4. Located in a cul-de-sac offers lots of privacy. Villas at Shadow Bay. Close by you can enjoy theme parks and attractions or venture off on air boat rides, helicopter tours, jet ski rentals. Golf, fishing, and paint ball are just minutes away. You can also enjoy shopping at discount outlets and flea markets. Restaurants and pubs are also within walking distance or just a few minutes away. Or you can hang out by the complex's pool and enjoy the sun and privacy.

I am a retired public school educator who lives in Miami, Florida. I take pride in my villa and am responsive to any of my renters' needs. Since I do not live in Kissimmee I have a lovely couple who oversees the cleaning and any emergency that may arise – from key exchanges, to repairs, and anything in between. My villa is fully furnished and has all the amenities of home!
Why they chose this property
The villa is centrally located and the price is very affordable for a family of ten. It is very well equipped for babies and the elderly. Additionally, it is very spacious and the layout is well distributed.
What makes this property unique
The villa is close to the parks yet it is secluded away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by families who live in the area. Stores, supermarkets and the main highways are minutes away
