Mostly clean, good location, odd setup
The bedroom, bathroom and half the den (the half pictured) were mostly clean. We did arrive to find a nail and some pieces of fiberglass insulation on the bedroom floor. It looks like they were working on the return air duct in the ceiling. The bathroom was very clean. The den as pictured is only half of that room. The other half appeared to be the owner's work desk complete with two computers, several pieces of random old equipment, piles of papers and books, all covered with a thick coat of dust. I don't think they've cleaned that side of the room in months. This is all right behind the sofa shown in the photos. Also note that the owners have a cat in the house. It didn't have access to the guest room while we were there, but the litter box was in an adjacent utility room and there was a slight odor when sitting in the den. The property is conveniently located for a visit to St. George and the price was reasonable. We met the husband who was pleasant and helped us with a parking issue upon arrival. The view from the back patio & yard is nice, overlooking the canyon. This is an acceptable place to stay, but you should be aware of some of these details.
