7th floor Two bedroom, two bath beachfront condo with unobstructed ocean view. Totally renovated with full kitchen, granite counter tops,well stocked with all the utensils, cookware and dishes you need. Washer/dryer in unit.

Perfect Getaway

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The condo was clean, the furniture was comfortable, and it was well-stocked with everything we could possibly need to feel at home there. We loved the location. It was a quiet residential community with only a short drive to grocery stores, restaurants and parks. My favorite thing about this condo was the seventh floor private balcony, complete with comfortable seating and amazing views. We even enjoyed sitting out there on a couple rainy evenings since it was well-sheltered. Lorenza, the owner, checked in with us before our arrival and during our stay and made us feel welcomed. We loved it!

Wish I could give 10 stars. Condo was clean, welcoming, comfortable, well stocked, washer & dryer there, prompt responses if ???, beautiful views, pictures don’t do it justice. Thank you Lorenza! Place was great. Not sure when, but know we will be back!

Perfect location! Wonderful stay!

You can't ask for much more. The location was perfect and the condo was as well. My family and I had a wonderful time staying here. There weren't many people there while we stayed. I am not sure if this was due to the timing of our stay due to COVID 19. It mainly seemed to be residents and some vacationers. Although we were there during COVID 19 we always felt safe. Everyone practiced social distancing and wore masks. There were signs up all around reminding people; and everyone was following the recommendations. The beach and pool were great. The condo isn't located near large resort hotels, it seemed to just be residential condos. While on the beach you had more than enough spacing from others and it never felt cramped. The pool was never crowded either. We went swimming almost everyday and most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. The one slight issue that we had was with the internet. But, depending on your internet needs this may not affect you. But, I needed to work remotely during the stay which required frequent video calls, which was challenging some days due to the internet. It seemed fine for normal web surfing or internet usage, but video calls were slow and lagging. However, when I expressed the issues with the host, she immediately contacted the internet service provider. They tried a few things, but it did not completely resolve the slowness. Every other day we would have to restart the wireless router which seemed to help a little. But, as I mentioned the internet speed was OK for normal usage. But, overall we had an amazing time and would definitely rent the condo again. Communication was great and we felt that if anything was needed we could easily contact the host and get assistance immediately. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking in this area. It was very clean and spacious. You can't get much better!!

Disappointed

Absolutely beautiful place....BUT! When the property owners leave for the summer, most developments and owners have construction work done. We relocated after 3 days of construction noise only to have it happen again at the new resort. Please verify that the channels of communication between management, owners and VRBO are alert of any construction. We are now anxiously awaiting our refund.
