Cozy cabin in the woods with a great location. 1 Fawn is just a short walk away from The Village at Sunriver with all of its shops and restaurants. This single level home offers 1591 square feet of space along with 3 Bedrooms and 2.5 Baths.

The living room features a large, cozy sectional, smart TV and gas fireplace when you just want to have a day indoors. If you need to get some work done, there's a desk and monitor in the corner of the living room. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the cookware you need to prepare your meals. The dining room table seats 6 with additional seating for 3 available at the counter.

The King Ensuite Bedroom is separated from the other two bedrooms and has an attached, private bathroom. A queen Bedroom, with attached half bathroom and a Bunk Bedroom with a Pyramid Bunk and a Twin over Twin Bunk are on the other side of the home. All bedrooms have smart TVs with Roku.

Head outside to the private patio with gas bbq and your own hot tub for soaking under the stars.

Great location!

We had everything we needed and the location was great. The Village was within walking distance. A little dusty with the gravel driveway but overall good experience.

Close To All the Action!

The property was very nice. The property management company made it even better. Very pleasant to work with indeed. The house is as advertised. The floor plan has the master away from the kitchen and dinning room which works nicely when you have a little one sleeping in there while you all are playing games at the table. A great landing spot for our group. Within walking distance to the village and all the fun.
