The house has direct entrance from the street. Kitchen, bathroom and living room are located downstairs and there are 2 bedrooms upstairs. Bedrooms are quite spacious, one has a double bed and the other has a double and a single bed. Each bedrooms are equiped with PC desk and chair and cloth hangers. There is a dining area in the kitchen with desk and chairs for 4 people. Sofa bed and arm chair in the living room.

Parks & Nature: Walk to Auckland Deer Park (10 mins) for scenic trails or drive to Hamsterley Forest (15 mins) for mountain biking and family forest walks.

Any evidence of smoking will result in a £500 charge to cover specialist ozone odour neutralisation, ventilation cleaning, and soft furnishing treatment.

Our homes are designed for comfort and relaxation. Parties or gatherings inside the property is not permitted.

Any breach will incur a £250 additional cleaning and disruption fee.



Towels & Linen Care

We provide high-quality linen for your comfort. Damaged or stained towels will be charged at £30 per item.
