Summer Vacation 2023

The property and neighborhood were great: safe, clean and quiet. Having a pool to enjoy was especially nice, too. The distance to the beach was not bad but if you don't get your chairs on the beach early, you won't get a good spot. Good restaurants within walking distance, too. Property manager was very helpful and responding quickly to a few questions.

liked this home and location, did not realize it was as far away from the Hub but over all we enjoyed the location. Liked both the near by restaurants, loved the artsy area up the road and beach proximity

Wonderful stay, amazing location!

The house was perfect for our needs! We enjoyed relaxing inside as well as outside, and the decor was so beachy feeling and very well thought out. The beds were comfortable and although we had to bring a few creature comforts, we did not feel like it was a burden. The pool was beautiful looking, however no one ever came to clean it and it had dirt, leaves and mulch in it. As much as I tried to clean it myself with the strainer, it just stirred it up and no one wanted to swim with it, so we sat on the edge with our feet in the pool and bought rafts at the store to relax on. I would say the house was perfect for our family of 3, but a few more people definitely would have felt crowded inside. Loved the short walk for snacks and ice cream and the privacy of the area!

Wonderful!

Only problem was the pool light was broken so we couldn’t swim at night, they tried fixing it twice to no avail, so that was a huge bummer to the kids, the dryer didn’t work when we arrived Saturday and no one came until Tuesday to fix it, but it’s busy and things are crazy so we didn’t mind, the place was gorgeous pool was clean and they cleaned it every few days. It was amazing
