You will enjoy a fantastic location near the coast. Joseph Sylvia State Beach is a mere half-mile away, perfect for strolls filled with fresh ocean air. If you follow Seaview Avenue north for a mile, you'll find your way to the soft sands of Inkwell Beach. After a few moments of relaxing on the shore, stop by Oak Bluffs for a meal at restaurants like Slice of Life.

Whether you spend your days exploring the beach or simply shopping downtown, you'll love coming back to the Island inn to unwind. From Farm Neck Golf Club a short walk away to tennis and a shared pool right on-site, relaxing has never been easier! At the end of the day, you'll love returning to your cozy, nautical-themed condo, with two double-size beds and a compact kitchen for your convenience. The newly renovated kitchenette includes silverware, plates, cups, cooking pans, and utensils. Whip up a meal inside, or venture out to the shared grilling area for al fresco dining. After dinner, free WiFi and cable on the flatscreen TV offer plenty of entertainment.

Other amenities include shared washers/dryers, a picnic and barbecue area, as well as a firepit area. Tennis courts, plus racquets, and ball rentals are available at the Pro Shop. Tennis is available from May 15th through October. There is also a lovely on-site restaurant that is unaffiliated with the Island Inn.

Perfect space tucked away

Communication with this rental property/Inn was great. Started receiving emails and instructions about my booking a week before the trip started. Very reassuring to get messages regularly about how to access the room, the parking, check in process etc. The staff called the day of our arrival and because we had a later ride on the ferry than we would have liked it was nice to know they noticed we hadn't shown up yet after the check in time. Very welcoming and helpful, but also not overbearing. Great little room with everything we needed, comfortable beds, a sweet little kitchen, and a nice warm shower in a clean space. Wi Fi was great! We watched movies each night and relaxed in the room after a long busy day sight seeing the island. The location was perfect, we walked the first morning to eat and go shopping. Easy to find parking and not crowded.

Delightful Stay

Island Inn location was a treasure. Close to Oak Bluff and Edgartown beaches. Pro tennis lessons on the premises. Fun playground and swimming pool added to a already great experience. Staff was accommodating and the restaurant offerings were perfect!

Perfect family spot!

The Island Inn was absolutely perfect for our family vacation to MV this year! The location was great, our family loved the amenities with the pool and the playground. The Island Inn has everything you could need for adults and kids. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We will be booking here again for our trip both this fall and next summer!
