This Martha's Vineyard corner condo features free WiFi, a furnished patio, fireplace, and kitchen. Visitors will also enjoy access to several on-site amenities including a shared outdoor pool, Har-Tru clay tennis courts, plus a picnic area and grill area.

Golfers will be delighted to know that the Island Inn complex is situated right alongside the beautiful Farm Neck Golf Club. If you're hoping to spend some time on the sand or in the surf, Joseph Sylvia State Beach is just a short, half-mile walk south, while the clear blue waters of Inkwell Beach can be found one mile north. Head out for an exciting day of deep-sea fishing for striped bass and bluefish aboard a chartered boat out of one of the local marinas. If you prefer, rent a kayak or canoe and paddle around in the waters of the Felix Neck Wildlife Sanctuary, just six miles from your front door.

Your charming first-floor condo features plenty of rustic touches, free WiFi, and two cable TVs. When it's cold or rainy outside, relax by the fire with one of the provided books, or spend some time cooking up something delicious in the full kitchen. The kitchenette includes silverware, plates, cups, cooking pans, and utensils. During the summer months, head out and enjoy the shared pool, play tennis, or fire up one of the BBQs and have a cookout in the community picnic area.

Other amenities include shared washers/dryers and a firepit area. Tennis courts, plus racquets, and ball rentals are available at the Pro Shop. Tennis is available from May 15th through October. The seasonal pool is guaranteed to be open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. There is also a lovely on-site restaurant that is unaffiliated with the Island Inn.

THINGS TO KNOW
One of the sleeping spaces is a semi-enclosed area, separated from the living room by a half-wall. It is not a full bedroom. You can also convert the two twin beds into a king bed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
