Welcome to our beautiful waterfront retreat on Hansen Lake near Omaha, NE.
This contemporary home offers breathtaking views and direct access to the beach and water, providing the perfect setting for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open and airy space with floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing for panoramic lake views. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a second bedroom, providing ample space for your comfort and convenience. There's also a half bathroom on the main floor for added convenience.

Upstairs, you'll find a spacious loft bedroom with a master bathroom. The loft can be arranged with a queen bed or a desk for business travelers, depending on your specific needs. Wake up to stunning lake views and enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings.

For your comfort and convenience, we provide coffee, tea, and water, ensuring you have everything you need to start your day off right. The lake and beach access is right outside the front door, allowing you to easily enjoy water activities, swim, or simply relax on the beach.

This home is perfect for families, couples, or a group of friends looking for a relaxing and fun vacation. With a separate bedroom downstairs and a full bathroom, it offers privacy and comfort for all guests. Short lake trip

Great lake getaway!

The property is everything advertised and more! If you are looking for a great lake house, this is probably it. The house is right on the lake with a great sandy beach. Kayla the owner is very attentive to all ones needs. She slso responds promptly. It was exactly what my family and myself needed. 5 stars across the board!!

Lake stay

We traveled down to Omaha and wanted a home base that wasn’t in the city. This was perfect as it was hot out and the lake is mere steps from the front door. There are tons of water toys for adults and kids alike to use on the water. Kayla was very responsive to the few questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Memorable vacation in a beautiful setting!

We were in town for the College World Series and we had an amazing time staying at this home! The property is very well kept, was comfortable enough for 7 people to stay, and the lake was super fun and warm!! We will always remember this amazing trip at what truly felt like a home away from home!

Hansen Lake House

This is our second year in a row booking this house. We love the beach at this property! It's nice not having to haul our kayaks, paddleboard, & toys, everything is there for you. Such a relaxing quiet lake. We will be back again!

Sisters trip

Very clean!! Right on the water in a very quiet community. Loved that there were kayaks, paddle board, Maui mat, life jackets & other water things available to enjoy while staying @ the property for your use. Would highly recommend this property!!

Last minute trip before school starts

We had such a good time. Our kids enjoyed being able to relax in the water off and on the entire stay. We ended each night with a fire in the firepit and smores. Definitely would stay there again.

Fine enough…

This property was ok. Our kids enjoyed the beach toys and being right on the sand! My husband and I struggled with headaches from the excessive air freshener smell, which eventually gave way to a wet-dog smell. Kayla was very responsive and if the smells and a couple other things can be addressed, I would recommend this property for a laid back stay by the water.

Beautiful lake house

We had a wonderful stay at this charming lake house. It was the perfect getaway for us and some of our neighbors. We enjoyed floating on the lake, taking the kayaks out, and ending the evening by the fireplace. Thanks for letting us stay.

This property was blocks from our family reunion. The grandkids loved playing on the beach and in the shallow water right off the beach. AC INSIDE the beach house was great for napping and sleeping for the kiddos (and adults😉). Loved it!

Cute little house with nice beach and awesome views of the lake.

Brought my parents here for a short getaway. They stayed downstairs and I stayed upstairs, which was great. Sitting outside watching the water birds was fantastic. We even saw a golden eagle swoop down and grab a fish! Easy check in and good communication with owner. Will likely be back.

Girls Weekend

We had a great girls weekend. The house was relaxing, peaceful, and fully stocked for our laid-back trip. Kayla was responsive to all my questions. We also had a small issue when checking in which she resolved quickly. The lake was beautiful and perfect for watching the sunset. We will definitely be back!

Charming time at a lovely lake cottage

Very pleasant. Shared some very quality time with our kids out on the lake in the kayaks, and out on the picnic blanket in the sand, with evenings inside gathered around the kitchen bar. A lovely time. Just for planning be aware of the bed arrangement, with the large king bed being in the same room as a double. There is also a double (or queen? - not sure) in a separate room though. Worked out well for us.

Why they chose this property

It is a peaceful, beautiful get away, not many properties like this in Omaha, NE. It has all amenities in the home (washer, dryer, dishwasher etc). Walk out the door and the sandy beach and lake are right there. It is all newly remodeled due to a flood so everything is brand new downstairs.
Kayaks, paddleboards, table and chairs included for your use.
