We enjoyed every minute of our stay here!
Everything was perfect!
The Railroad Cottage is a wonderful and charming property! Location is superb. The cottage is laid out perfectly and we especially loved the outdoor spaces! We'll be back!
Wonderful, Charming Home in a Perfect Location
We loved everything about our time in Salida and especially staying at the Railroad Cottage. It was so convenient to the town and to Monarch Mountain and Jeff and Courtney could not have been nicer, easier to work with, and accommodating. This was our first time to Salida and skiing at Monarch but it will not be our last. We are already looking forward to our next time and we will definitely stay here again. Thank you again Jeff and Courtney for opening your beautiful home to us... we had such a great time!
New and nice

About Courtney Kenady
We are so excited to share our little piece of Salida, Colorado with you. We love Salida and our little cottage. Jeff and I fell in love with Salida because of everything it has to offer: biking, boating, hot springs, skiing, arts, unique shopping and just hanging out enjoying the wonderful people.
Courtney Kenady purchased this Cottage in 2012
Why Courtney Kenady chose Salida
Our location rocks! It's easy to access everything! Safeway is just steps away, the river walk and F Street are 2 to 3 blocks and still, it's just far enough away to be quiet at night.
What makes this Cottage unique
Railroad Cottage was built in 1900, so it's a little funky. We love the exposed brick in kitchen, the high ceilings, ornate trim and transom windows. The back deck is cozy and perfect to hang out for breakfast, happy hour and dinner.
