The first of 3 spacious bedrooms include a queen bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second guest bedroom is located down the hallway and equipped with a king bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. This unit's third bedroom is conveniently located right off the kitchen and includes a queen bed, a private porch escape, and an ensuite bathroom boasting a massive tub and stand up shower.

The spectacular courtyard and Gulf views are the highlight of this home and offer an incredible backdrop to the open floor living area, kitchen, and dining room.

Beautiful well equipped condo!

Great location! Beautifully decorated condo! Loved that the beach chairs, umbrella, and bikes were included. Sunsets were amazing!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! AMAZING!!

The location was absolutely amazing! We loved the ground floor with access to the grassy lawn and the flights of stairs to the beach! The condo was HUGE! We had a 7 mo old and 2 yo and also our 62 yo mother with us so ground floor with quick and easy beach access was a bonus! There is a very nice grassy lawn right off the back patio that my 2 yo loved to play in! The pool is right off the patio, but there is a gate to keep kids out! The boardwalk has 5 flights of stairs going down to the beach (about a 50' drop), but it is a very easy walk that took less than 2 minutes from the condo to the beach! We could not have been any happier with the location! Now to the condo itself. It was large and spacious. You could tell it was a little bit older but it was very nice. Each room had its own bathroom and the master bedroom had its own door to the patio (but it only had a queen bed). I wish the owner would have stocked the condo a little better. We had to purchase salt and pepper, oil, seasonings, condiments, and dishwashing liquid. Most condos are stocked with a lot more than this one, but it wasn't horrible, just wanted to let you know. Also, the floors needed to be mopped a little better. Our bare feet were black after walking around barefooted. The pest control people sprayed outside while we were there and the next day we killed 3 large Wood Roaches inside the condo (freaked my wife out). It was probably due to the pest control spraying, but still! OVERALL, we LOVED our stay! We would do it again!!

Great location but needs major updating!

Overall we had a good vacation, however may opportunities for improvement at this unit! First I'm not sure how many units the "cleaning crew" had the day of us checking in here at Monterey Condos, but ours was last and it showed. Besides the lack of cleanliness our unit was not ready at the 4:00 check in time. Once bedtime came around, luckily we checked the bunk beds only to find the sheets were filthy! Of course the property management office was closed, so we began our own laundry. The layout of the unit works great for a couple of families with children. However the kitchen is on the small side, not many cabinets for storing food and the inside of the cabinets need a complete cleaning inside. The pots/pans could use some updating as well. The carpets and rugs in this unit are majorly worn and dirty as well (please start by throwing away the disgusting doormat that greets you before you walk in). One major thing I would also point out to anyone planning to stay is that there are about 50 steps from the condo complex down to the beach. The steps are in need of repair as well, however for some these steps would not be an easy feat! I would also point out from the unit you can see out on the ocean, but not actually the beach. The 2 beach chairs and umbrella are a nice amenity, however we would not rent this unit again.

Great stay!

We loved the condo, and the location relative to the beach access could not be better. The location relative to access to Seacrest and Rosemary was a little further than I expected. Overall a good experience!!
